Behind the driver's office there always was a pile of scaffolding equipment. It was understood that a small plastering company was storing their stuff there.
Then a small structure was built in the narrow yard between the building and the fence that parallels the freeway. It was nicely plastered and had a light and a business sign but no one knew it was being done. Yesterday I came to work and watched as the little office was being towed away by a pickup truck.
It turns out that it was built without permits or permission.
